Note: In order to write the different chapters of the History Page, I have used many different books, articles, and speeches.  Not all of these sources are published or available.  Here, I only mention the books and sources that are more readily available and can be accessed via conventional means.  These are works that can further guide the more curious reader into learning deeper about the Iranian history.
